Thomas E. "Tom" Virtue (born November 19, 1957) is an American actor. He is best known for his co-starring role as Steve Stevens in the Disney Channel sitcom Even Stevens.

Life and career

Virtue was born in Sherman, Texas. He then moved to Chicago where he graduated from Northwestern University.[1] He is also an alum of The Second City theater group where he worked alongside Bonnie Hunt and Holly Wortell.[2]

His other television credits include Roseanne, 7th Heaven, The Building, The Bonnie Hunt Show (aka 'Bonnie'), Malcolm in the Middle, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Star Trek: Voyager, Arrested Development, The Secret World of Alex Mack, Sabrina The Teenage Witch Entourage, Criminal Minds, Six Feet Under, Desperate Housewives, Drake & Josh, That's So Raven, Days of our Lives, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Shark, Mind of Mencia, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Two and a half Men, Victorious, Nip/Tuck and among other series.[3]

Some of Virtue's film credits include Return to Me (2000), Kicking & Screaming (2005) and Extract (2009). More recently, he played a hot-air balloon pilot in the final scene of The Ugly Truth (2009).

In 2011 he had a small role in Transformers: Dark of the Moon along with previous co-star Shia Labeouf from the Disney Channel sitcom Even Stevens.
